ABOUT US
Jake started Studio Jake Lai Limited in 2021. His project experience in the UK ranges from bespoke private high-end residential schemes to large scale hotels, members clubs, and restoration projects on a client’s privately-owned island. Jake is passionate about great design and the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Originally from New Zealand, Jake worked for a number of award winning Architectural practises in Wellington New Zealand and Melbourne Australia before moving to London in 2011. Over the past decade, Jake has worked in multi-disciplinary Architectural practises, predominately in the West London high-end residential sector.

Through building trusting relationships and listening to your needs Studio Jake Lai will provide a thoroughly considered bespoke design which emphasises light space and character. We will work in concert with the knowledgeable consultants and artisans, as well as the many moving parts during the construction process to deliver a product that exceeds client aspirations.
