Jake Lai founded Studio Jake Lai Limited in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience to his London-based architectural practice. His diverse portfolio spans bespoke high-end residential projects, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, and the sensitive restoration of heritage projects.
Originally from New Zealand, Jake brings a global sensibility to his work, shaped by time spent in studios across Australasia and the UK. Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team that combines creative vision with technical precision. The studio is passionate about thoughtful design and the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
